The Ethics & Compliance Charter defines the key principles, responsibilities, and functions of the Ethics & Compliance department, and outlines its interaction with the CEO, senior management, supervisory board, and operational units. To support high internal standards, the department has also developed a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures covering compliance-related matters.
